Well, they also want to stay open until 3 a.m. on weekends outdoors and even I have to admitt this is late....Tonic is opening on the campus of GWU...Making Glover Park even more family friendly Stoddert Elementary is winning support for a recreation center....Cue Bar at 1115 U St. NW is open and further signals the neighborhood revitalization.
