By definition, retailers that tend to prefer suburban style strip malls tend to locate in (wait for it...) the suburbs. Other cities have successfully installed big box retailers in more urban friendly design.<BR/><BR/>The Mid-City Urban is a far more location appropriate design being developed by a firm that seems to have a decent understanding of the urban market.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
